I spent 8 years in banking before I finally got tired of the endless rinse-and-repeat. I knew exactly how the inside worked — how deals get assessed, why some applications sail through and others stall — but I wanted to use that knowledge to actually help people, not just hit quotas.

So I started my own agency, Addquity Consultancy, helping business owners with loans and mortgage advisory. My specialty is commercial and industrial property financing — shophouses, factories, strata offices — though I work across the full range of SME and home loans too.

Here’s the honest bit: I’m a former banker, not a licensed financial adviser. I don’t sell you products or charge you advisory fees. What I do is far simpler and more useful — I connect you directly to the right banker for your deal, so you skip the cold queue and get a proper quote faster.

Why I Built This Site

Along the way, I realised I kept explaining the same things to clients over and over — how refinancing windows work, which scheme suits which business, what banks actually look at. So I started writing it all down.
